This banana bread is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor,!You can mix everything in one bowl!
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, add the mashed bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and slice.
